It has been an eventful year to say the least. I have much to be thankful for and a lot to look forward to. I’m grateful to be ringing in the New Year in Cabo!
In this new year I plan to soak up every moment I can. To throw myself deeper in to my passions, to love myself like those I love. I will continue to give of myself and grow as a person.
I have learned it is ok to ask for help when needed, it’s ok to cry and be afraid, to laugh out loud and to love big. I appreciate the love and strength of my husband who encourages and inspires me daily.
I am excited for many milestones in the coming year. I will celebrate 25 years of marriage, renew my vows, travel to Maui for our “Anniversary-moon, become a grandmother, and that is just the start of 2016!
Wishing all of you a Joyous New Year!
I am thankful for so much in our lives. The love between you and I continues to take my breath away everyday.
I love the way we laugh, play and enjoy our time alone and with the kids. The adventure we create no matter where we are in the world.
I love your touch, your kisses, our silence, our dreams and our history.
Thank you for being my best friend, soul mate, lover and protector.
December 1st, 2015, the first day of the month, the last month of the year and current news from our home to yours.
It’s been 333 days since my list of realistic resolutions and I’m pleased eight went well. One has been slightly altered from wedding planning for our daughter to putting the next generation first and planning for baby. We are excited to be grandparents, another first in our lives.
I’m still lacking the energy to tackle the tupperware bins of photos, they are in complete disarray post Super Storm Sandy. It was on my list to scan them this year for our kids. I’d like to say with daughter headed home for remainder of pregnancy we will tackle that project, but lets be real I’m going to be a Grandma!
I’m looking forward to 2016, but I promise to soak up the rest of 2015. I can promise a few things, I will be crying at holiday movies, Folgers commercials and surely my first grandchild’s ultrasound at 20 weeks! Not to mention our first born will be 31!
If I do one thing well, its’ to immerse myself in this life, my family and my faith. Each day brings so much to take in, I do not want to miss any of it.
From our home to yours, faith, love and joy in all that comes your way!
